Note: If you are considering repairs or alterations to a commercial store front, please take the time to familiarize yourself with Part II: Commercial Structures, Sections 1-6 of the City’s Design Guidelines. Many (if not most) of the guidelines in those sections will have some bearing on the decisions made by the HDC regarding commercial store front buildings within the Historic District.
